Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
We ship our orders within Germany as well as to all member states of the European Union.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of the order and the destination. The exact shipping costs for Germany and EU countries will be displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery will be made within the delivery time indicated on the respective product page.
Shipping Carrier
We ship our orders via DHL to ensure fast and secure delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that we must provide your shipping address to DHL in order to complete the delivery.
Delays and Non-Delivery
In rare cases, delays may occur that are beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, strikes, or extreme weather conditions). If your package does not arrive within the delivery time specified on the product page, please contact our customer service at service@buchoed.de.
Address Changes & Returns Due to Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. In this case, a new shipping fee may apply.
